David grew up at ZERO from participant to assistant, trainer and now teacher. A qualified Psychomotor Therapist (PMT), he naturally connects sports, guidance and personal development.

Yorick discovered ZERO through an invitation and grew into the leader of the freerunning project. For young people, he is proof that growth happens in space and alongside people who truly see them.

Anton Frederiks
Initiator & core team member
Anton is the founder of Stichting ZERO and forms the heart of the organization. Drawing on his own life experience, he knows how decisive it is whether young people are seen or not at crucial moments. He uses that experience today to offer young people perspective, structure and room to grow. Within ZERO, Anton is responsible for vision, content direction and the connection between sports, personal development and social impact. His motivation is clear: helping young people build a future, even when the start was unequal.

Ilona works mainly behind the scenes with identity and safety. With her background in theater and cosmetics, she quickly sees what is going on — and always does so with space and without judgment.

Christiaan Rozendaal is connected to Stichting ZERO as a youth ambassador. He knows the organization from the inside: he previously did an internship at ZERO and experienced firsthand how sports, connection and trust can contribute to the development of young people.

Tom Rosier is a born connector who brings people, organizations and solutions together. Drawing on his international experience in sales, marketing and logistics automation, he knows how to translate vision into concrete impact. As an ambassador of Stichting ZERO, Tom uses his network, strategic insight and people-oriented approach to give preventive initiatives visibility and support. His strength lies in listening, connecting and creating lasting collaborations.

Karel Jan Voogd is an experienced supervisory director and advisor who helps organizations grow through sharpness, reflection and connection. He moves effortlessly between strategy and execution, between head and heart. As an ambassador of Stichting ZERO, he contributes to vision development, governance and sustainable change. His strength lies in asking the right questions and strengthening people, teams and organizations from within.
Ardjan de Boo
Ambassador
Ardjan de Boo is connected to Stichting ZERO as an ambassador. His involvement goes back to the period when ZERO and Ardjan shared an office building together. Since then, he has remained involved in a natural way, by thinking along and being present at moments that matter. Ardjan brings broad social experience, from the roles he held in civil society as well as in political circles in The Hague. From that background, he supports ZERO by thinking along about policy, communication and strategy, and by representing the foundation's interests externally toward partners, the municipality or other stakeholders. He is a sounding board for the board and helps safeguard the vision and mission of the foundation.
